5-Year Projection

01 The Threat Vector

The plant experienced frequent unplanned shutdowns and accelerating bearing wear (guide bearings lasting only 18 months vs. expected 5 years). Previous service providers attributed the issue to "normal component fatigue" and recommended standard replacements, ignoring the underlying geometry.

> RISK DETECTED: SYSTEMIC MISALIGNMENT (>0.15 mm/m)
> CONSEQUENCE: ACCELERATED BEARING DESTRUCTION

02 Tactical Execution

We deployed the AnoHUB Precision Protocol to correct the root cause:

  • Forensic NDT Audit Acoustic monitoring pinpointed specific vibration harmonics (2x RPM) indicative of misalignment, definitively ruling out hydraulic imbalance or magnetic pull.
  • Precision Re-Alignment We enforced the non-negotiable 0.05 mm/m tolerance on the shaft assembly using dual-laser systems, correcting the 0.15mm deviation.
  • M-E Synergy Check Identified hidden grounding issues in the generator as a secondary factor, eliminating stray currents that were accelerating bearing wear via electro-erosion.
